Practices

A practice is a small daily action that comes with your Theme — usually 2 to 5 minutes. It’s how an idea moves from something you read into something you live.

TypeWhat you do
ReflectSit with an idea and internalize it — notice, remember, consider.
ActTry the idea in real life — a small experiment out in your day.

Each of your chosen practice days brings one practice, drawn from the highlights behind your Theme.

A practice is never an assignment. It doesn’t break if you skip it, and it should never feel like an obligation. Some days you’ll do it, some days you won’t — both are fine. Becoming adapts to your life, not the other way around.

You can:

  • Mark a practice as done when you’ve done it.
  • Dismiss it when today isn’t the day.

Reflect practices include an optional reflection — a place to jot down what came up for you. Anything you write is saved with that practice, so you can look back on it later and see how your thinking has moved.

Writing a reflection is always optional. A blank day is still a fine day.
